Idea Genius is an AI-powered platform that guides entrepreneurs through the entire startup journey, from ideation to funding. As founder and lead developer, I created a comprehensive system that transforms the complex process of building a startup into a structured, step-by-step experience powered by artificial intelligence.

Challenge

First-time entrepreneurs face overwhelming complexity when launching startups. Traditional solutions require expensive consultants ($50,000+), fragmented tools, or competitive accelerator programs. Most founders struggle with organizing the process, prioritizing tasks, and accessing expertise across multiple domains—legal, branding, product, marketing, and more.

Strategy

Idea Genius addresses these challenges with a unified platform guiding founders through seven key phases of startup development. The platform combines AI-powered tools, structured workflow management, and comprehensive resource libraries to create a "startup copilot" experience.

The core innovation is a three-layer architecture:

Startup Journey Framework: 7 phases with 49 steps, each with defined inputs and outputs
AI Integration Layer: Custom-engineered prompts generating high-quality startup assets
Collaboration Engine: Real-time tracking and team workflow management

State Management: React Context API with custom hooks
